Heather Trost

Heather Trost has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2017 as a Human Resources Administrator/Full-Cycle Recruiter at hear.com. In this role, they handled various HR responsibilities such as payroll processing, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and generating HR reports. Heather also conducted internal recruiting across multiple industries and managed COBRA and FMLA paperwork. At The CSI Companies, Heather worked as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support in areas such as benefits administration, employee counseling, personnel file management, and state unemployment processes. Later, at Natural Life, they served as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on personnel policies, employee handbook maintenance, and performance evaluation programs. Currently, Heather is working as a Manager at FlexSys, Inc, where they are responsible for administering benefits, payroll updates, and preparing various reports.

Heather Trost obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Michigan State University from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, they also attended Fred Pryor Seminars to study Payroll Law.
