Andy Rafter is an experienced software development professional with a strong background in team leadership and engineering. Currently serving as Development Team Lead and C++ Developer at FlexTrade since May 2018, Andy focuses on the development of a buyside multi-asset trading platform. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer at Smiths Detection and Samsung Electronics, as well as a Software Design Engineer at Imagination Technologies. Andy also worked as Lead Developer at elitecoders.org, where bespoke enhancements were developed for popular first-person shooter games. Andy holds a BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 2005 and 2009.
