Luke Vials

Luke Vials is the Head of Account Management Buy-Side EMEA at FlexTrade since 2021. Prior to this role, Luke worked as a Business Analyst and Release Manager at RBS Markets and International Banking from 2013 to 2016, where key responsibilities included managing project risks and facilitating the release of code from engineering to production. Luke also served as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach, leading cross-functional teams to adopt agile methodologies, significantly increasing project velocity. Luke began their career as the Technology Intern of the Year at RBS in 2012 after completing a First-Class degree at the University of Exeter from 2010 to 2013.
