Daniel Pacheco

Daniel P. Pacheco is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and innovation leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of STEELDNA since February 2024, Daniel previously founded and led Flexvertical, a Houston-based startup focused on artificial intelligence, from October 2020 to September 2023. As the founder and CEO of NOVUS INOVA from November 2015 to December 2019, Daniel directed an innovation think tank specializing in emerging technologies across energy, industrial, and biotech sectors. Prior roles include President of the Tubular Products Division at Axon Energy Products and Vice President of Product Development, where Daniel applied expertise in product innovation management and technology commercialization. Earlier career experiences encompass leadership positions in technology and information technology at Texpo Energy, Dynowatt, BP, Dynegy, and Dealer Solutions. Daniel holds a degree from American University.
