Stacy Repult

Stacy Repult has a diverse and extensive work experience in various financial and executive roles. Stacy is currently the Chief Financial Officer at FlexXray Foreign Material Inspection Services since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Juniper Capital Management from September 2019 to March 2022. Stacy also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Nimbix, an early-stage SaaS and PaaS company, responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, and HR matters. Stacy also held the position of Vice President of Finance at Omnitracs in 2016. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at SLR Consulting Group as an M&A Financial Executive and CFO, contributing to strategic planning. Before that, they were an Investment Banking Registered Representative at MidAmerica Financial Services, Inc. from 2011 to 2015. Stacy has also worked as the Director of Corporate Development and M&A at Sammons Corporation from 2005 to 2009. Stacy'sexperience also includes roles at FedEx Kinko's as the Director of International Finance, where they were responsible for accounting, finance, treasury, and audits for international operations. Stacy also worked as the VP of International Finance at Cinemark, overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, cross-border financing, planning, and audits for the international division. Additionally, they started their career at Fujitsu-ICL Retail Systems as a Strategic Planning Associate.

Stacy Repult has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting and Finance, from Baylor University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of Exeter.

Stacy also has several certifications, including a Series 63 Uniform Securities License and a Series 79 Investment Banking Representative license, both obtained from FINRA in 2010. Stacy is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the state of Texas in May 1993.
