Francis Lim has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as Group Chairman of PSS Worldwide Top of the World since 2002 and also holding the same position from 1998. Francis Lim is the Owner/Founder of both PSS Worldwide Top of the World and Suntex Strategic Investment Ltd, focusing on various sectors such as real estate development, asset management, and investment banking across markets in China, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Previous roles include Managing Director at LKSF Associates Pte Ltd and Pan Island Marketing Sdn Bhd, as well as Divisional Sales Manager at The Great Eastern Life and Sr. District Manager at Times Publishing. Francis Lim possesses a Chartered Life Underwriter designation from Temple University, coupled with foundational education from St. Joseph's Institution.
