Matt Grigg has extensive experience in the travel and customer service industries, currently serving as a Senior Team Leader at Flight Centre Australia since March 2022. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles within Flight Centre, including Store Manager and Group Travel Manager, spanning over a decade. Matt also worked as a Demonstrator for Tupperware Australia and New Zealand since April 2017. Prior to these roles, positions included Manager of Member Services at Financial Synergy and Operations Coordinator at Excelior. Matt’s career began in customer service and training with Superpartners and Sensis. Educational qualifications include a degree in geology from RMIT University and secondary education from Trinity Grammar.
