Jay Kahn is the Founder and Managing Partner of Flight Deck Capital, a position held since April 2020. Prior to this, Jay served as a Partner at Light Street Capital from February 2011 to March 2020 and gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Coatue Management in 2009. Additional experience includes an Associate role at Elevation Partners from June 2006 to June 2008 and Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from September 2003 to May 2006. Jay Kahn holds an MBA from The Wharton School, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a BA in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University, completed in 2002.
