Stuart Aggs

Stuart Aggs is the Chief Risk Officer at Virgin Australia, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Chief Operations Officer at Virgin Australia from 2019 to 2025 and held various roles in safety and compliance at Rex Airlines, Hazelton Airlines, and Virgin Blue. Stuart is currently a member of the Aviation Safety Advisory Panel and the Board of Directors for both NAPCAN and the Flight Safety Foundation. They are pursuing degrees in Psychology, Law, and Aviation from the University of New England and the University of New South Wales, and they have also completed a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
