Norman Happ

Norman Happ is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and operational transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Veryon since February 2022, Norman leads the company in providing aviation software and information services to a global clientele. Norman's prior roles include CEO of EZ Texting, where significant revenue growth was achieved through a scalable SaaS model, and SVP at Evernote, contributing to a major business turnaround. With experience as Chief Revenue Officer at Ten-X and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Intuit, Norman has consistently demonstrated the ability to stabilize and grow organizations. Additional experience includes co-founding Order2Cash, where innovation in electronic billing was spearheaded, and managerial roles at H&R Block, Cambridge Technology Partners, and American Management Systems. Norman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from George Mason University.
