Riham Khaled

Riham Khaled has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they started their career as an Administrative Officer and then transitioned into a Senior HR Specialist at ICOM. Riham addressed financial issues and compiled business analysis reports during their time there. Following this, Riham worked as an HR Specialist at Bibliotheca Alexandrina from 2008 to 2011. Riham then joined Oventure as a Content Writer, where they wrote and published engaging posts on social media platforms. Riham also applied advertising techniques and interacted with clients and industry professionals. Next, they served as the Human Resources & Administration Office Manager at Innuva IT Solutions from 2016 to 2017. Riham then worked as a Content Writer for RihlitMama, focusing on motherhood-related products and utilizing business intelligence techniques. Riham optimized search engine traffic and stopped publishing articles on Mumzworld, a prominent platform in the UAE. In 2020, Riham became an Operations Project Coordinator at Spinneys Dubai LLC, managing translation projects and assisting with operations and project management. Riham then held a similar role at Rescounts as a Senior Project Coordinator from December 2020 to July 2021. Currently, Riham is working at Flightright as a Customer Legal Advocate, reviewing and assessing cases related to EU regulations on compensation to air passengers. Riham commissions cases to contract lawyers, supports them in court procedures, and assists customers with necessary documentation. Additionally, Riham joined Project bYouty in 2021 as an Operations Project Coordinator, where they participated in a translation project and handled tasks related to operations and human resources.

Riham Khaled attended Alexandria University from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on the French Department. Their education also includes a Diploma in HR from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Le français des affaires de la CCI Paris Ile-de-France, and a Diploma in General Law from the same institution. In 2007, Riham took a course in French Translation from Le français des affaires de la CCI Paris Ile-de-France. Riham completed their high school education at Religiouse Franciscanne.
