Robert Ferrone has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales enablement. Robert began their career in 1998 at Aflac as an MC, RSC, and STC. In 2008, they moved to Colonial Life and Accident as a Territory Sales Manager, where they developed and trained new sales management and directed all broker sales and marketing efforts. In 2010, they returned to Aflac as a Market Director, 2nd Vice President of Sales Execution, 2nd Vice President of Territory Performance Coordinator, 2nd Vice President of Broker Sales and Education, and Market Vice President of Broker Sales. In 2019, they joined Innovative Enrollment Solutions LLC as a Director, and Jellyvision as a Channel Strategist, offering proven worksite enrollment engagement solutions (SaaS) by using behavioral science to maximize the end user experience. In 2021, they moved to Flimp Communications as Chief Revenue Office, and in 2022 they joined Imagine360 as a Sales Enablement.
Robert Ferrone has obtained an Associates degree from Columbus State University, studied Engineering at Villanova University, earned a BA in Management Communication from Amridge University, and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Florida Tech.
