Mark Wheeler

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Flinchbaugh Engineering, Inc.

Mark Wheeler has extensive work experience, starting from their time at Gichner Shelter Systems in 1989, where they held multiple positions and eventually became the Supervisor for General and Cost Accounting. Mark then moved on to York International in 1993, where they served as the Plant Controller and was responsible for financial activities and inventory reduction. In 2003, they joined Armstrong World Industries as the Senior Manager for Financial Analysis and later became the Site Controller. In 2006, Mark became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at New Standard Corporation, where they led financial, procurement, human resource, and IT activities, as well as played a key role in sales. After that, they joined Knott Mechanical in 2015 as the CFO, handling financial and human resource activities and assisting with day-to-day operations. In 2019, Mark became the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at The York Water Company before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), where they were responsible for all operational activities. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Flinchbaugh Engineering, Inc.

Mark Wheeler attended Red Lion High School from 1982 to 1985, where they studied College Prep. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Penn State University from 1985 to 1989. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. After completing their undergraduate education, Mark then attended York College of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1994. Here, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration.
