Eva Lenards

Eva Lenards is an experienced professional in customer service and account management with a strong background in team leadership. Currently serving as Teamleider Klantadvies at Flinders Design since April 2023, Eva previously held the position of Teamleider klantenservice at Gemeente Zaanstad from January to September 2022. As Chief Smiling Customer at Leapp from February 2015 to June 2021, Eva established the Sales Support team across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, while focusing on NPS and KPIs.
