Flinker is the OpenBIM layer on top of Microsoft 365.

We build IFC-native apps — IFC Viewer, SharePoint CDE (ISO 19650), IFC Copilot, and Power BI IFC Visual and more — that run entirely inside the Microsoft tenant your organisation already operates. No external server. No file upload to a third-party cloud. Your BIM data stays where your contracts, permissions, and governance policies already live.

Community Edition, free for every Microsoft 365 user. Core IFC viewing and collaboration features are available at no cost through the Flinker Community Edition on Microsoft AppSource — for Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI. Enterprise and government tiers extend into Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Microsoft Foundry for organisations that need scale, advanced data pipelines, or sovereign deployment.

Built for developers and integrators. Flinker exposes APIs, SDKs, and an MCP server so developers can connect IFC and BIM data to external applications, AI agents, and LLMs — without moving data outside the Microsoft boundary.

Our customer groups:
→	OEM & Tech partners embedding IFC capabilities via SDK, API, or white-label into their own products
→	BIM consultancies using Flinker as a delivery toolbox for end-customer implementations
→	Owner-operators and contractors deploying self-serve via AppSource
→	Enterprise and government organisations scaling BIM infrastructure on Microsoft Fabric and Azure

Built in Munich. Used globally.
