Dallas Matone

Dallas Matone's work experience begins in 2016 at ABELSoft Inc. where they worked as a Software Developer. They used languages such as C#, SQL, XAML, and C++ to develop cloud-based software and desktop applications in teams of 5-10+ individuals. From March 2019 to August 2021, they served as a Team Lead at ABELSoft Inc.

In 2021, Dallas Matone also worked as a Software Development Consultant, where they were responsible for developing high-end projects, running planning sessions, designing detailed Design Documents, and delivering finished projects.

Later in 2021, Dallas Matone joined Flinks as a Software Engineer, working with DevOps principles and maintaining SLAs while building and maintaining an API project. They then served as a Team Lead, managing a team of 3-4 people and maintaining SLOs and SLA agreements in regards to tickets and issues. Currently, in 2022, Dallas Matone is the LiveOps Engineer Team Lead Manager at Flinks, leading a team of 6 individuals, building relationships within the team, and managing a team restructure.

Dallas Matone attended Mohawk College from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a 3-year Software Developer Degree with co-op and focused on the field of study in Software Development.
