Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Flint Global, Gary previously held the position of Secretary General at the International Bankers Association of Japan, where they advocated for market promotion and organized learning events. They have worked extensively in Japan and across various regions, being fluent in Japanese and a native English speaker, contributing to building stronger ties between Japan and other jurisdictions.
