Jon Sell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy and finance. Currently serving as a Partner and Director at Flint Global since May 2019, Jon also holds the position of Science and Policy Fellow at the University of Cambridge since December 2018 and acts as an Expert Advisor at the International Monetary Fund since 2013. Additional roles include Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts since 2015 and former Deputy Director at HM Treasury, where responsibilities included leading corporate finance functions and innovation strategies. Jon's previous positions encompass leadership roles in government departments, including Deputy Director & Head of the Implementation Unit at the Department for Communities and Local Government and Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit. Jon is an alumnus of the University of London, holding a Master of Arts, and has a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Glasgow.
