Matthew Chan

Matthew Chan is a Partner at Flint Global, where they specialize in public policy, regulation, and strategic advice within the Asia Pacific region. Previously, they served as the Managing Director and Head of Public Policy at ASIFMA, leading efforts on key regulatory and sustainability issues across Asia's capital markets. They also held significant roles at J.P. Morgan, where they established the bank's Corporate Sustainability function in the region, and at DTCC, overseeing its ITP business in Asia Pacific. With a Master of Commerce in Strategic Value Management from UNSW Business School, Matthew has a diverse background spanning finance, engineering, and public policy. In addition, they are a Non-Executive Director at the Sunbeam Children's Foundation, supporting disadvantaged youth in China.
