Min Ye

Min Ye is a seasoned business leader with nearly 30 years of experience in credit analysis, capital markets, risk management, and ESG. They most recently served as Managing Director – Head of International at Moody’s Corporation, where they expanded the company’s China business and led global strategies across various regions. Previously, Min held positions including CEO of China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co. Ltd. and Non-Executive Director at ICRA. Currently, they are a Senior Advisor at Flint Global and hold several board positions, including Non-Executive Independent Director at Home Control International Ltd. Min holds a BE and ME in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University and a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University.
