Will Jones is currently a Steel Foreman at FLINT, specializing in structural architectural and miscellaneous metal fabrication since 2022. Previously, they served as a Welder/Fabricator at Altec from 2006 to 2007, and spent 14 years at Thompson Welding as a Steel Foreman, focusing on custom metal fabrication. Will earned a High School Diploma in Welding Technology/Welder Fabricator from Sierra College and American River College between 2006 and 2008.
