Jesper Bødtkjer

Jesper Bødtkjer has extensive work experience, starting in 1996 as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where they focused on Information Technology and strategy consulting in industries such as Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical. Jesper then worked at Novo Nordisk from 2001 to 2005 as a Manager, overseeing IT and project portfolio management.

From 2005 to 2020, Jesper Bødtkjer worked at Hempel A/S, holding various roles including Group Vice President for Europe & Africa, responsible for the Marine, Protective, Industrial, Yacht, and Decorative segments. Jesper also served as the Group Vice President for Europe, overseeing Marine, Protective, Yacht, and Decorative segments. Additionally, they were the Group Vice President for IT, responsible for global IT strategy and operations, implementing an integrated global ERP system.

Since 2021, Jesper Bødtkjer has been working at Flint Group. Jesper became the Vice President & General Manager for Flexible Packaging Europe, and currently holds the role of Vice President, Sales and Service, Europe, overseeing all Sales and Service activities across various Packaging segments in Europe, including Chips and Resins business, offset, and web publication business.

Jesper Bødtkjer obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Aarhus University, which was completed between 1991 and 1996.
