Marcin Majda

Marcin Majda is currently the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Flint Group Polska, where they oversee health, safety, and environmental management in a production setting, and are responsible for building a safety culture and conducting audits. Previously, Marcin served as a Specialist HSE/Senior Executive at Infosys, where they co-created an HSE team and conducted initial health and safety training. Marcin also held the position of Senior Health and Safety Inspector at Novartis, focusing on risk assessments and safety culture development. They graduated from Politechnika Łódzka with a degree in Safety Engineering.
