Meenu Sachdeva

Meenu Sachdeva is a seasoned professional in the field of polymer chemistry and packaging, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager (Technical) at Flint Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Meenu held the position of Head of Research and Development at Amcor from August 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included driving R&D strategy and developing new products. Meenu's extensive experience also includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Ultimate Flexipack Ltd, focusing on sustainable packaging solutions and quality assurance, and as a management system consultant and guest faculty at the Delhi College of Engineering. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Polymer Chemistry from HBTI Kanpur and a strong academic background, Meenu has made significant contributions to research, product development, and quality management within various organizations.
