Upal Roy

Upal Roy is a C Level executive with extensive industry experience across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, boasting a proven track record in enhancing top and bottom lines in diverse environments. Upal held key positions at Flint Group from 2017 to 2022, where they served as Managing Director for Packaging in India, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to that, Upal worked at E.I. DuPont India Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Manager for DuPont Surfaces between 2000 and 2004, and held several managerial roles at DuPont from 2005 to 2007. Upal earned a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, an MS from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from Rice University.
