Fred Lavalley

Fred LaValley is currently employed as a Sales Engineer at Flint Machine Tools, Inc. Previously, Fred worked at Altec for many years, starting off as a CNC Machinist and eventually moving up to become a Quality Tech. Fred has a background in engineering and IT/Telecom, holding degrees from Virginia Western Community College and ECPI University. Throughout their career, Fred has been involved in fixture designing, improving machining processes, programming machining centers, and conducting first article inspections and calibrations.
