Muhammad Ramzi

Demand Generation Lead at Flip

Muhammad Ramzi has been working in the field of marketing since 2016. Muhammad started as a Co-Founder of MII (made.in.indonesia), where they planned and executed launch plans for every collection, identified product market fit research, and managed customer journeys and brand activations. In 2018, they joined Style Theory as a Regional CRM Growth, Jr. CRM, and Jr. Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, they built an end-to-end customer journey and developed user experiences with cross-channel campaigns that increased the retention rate of Style Theory Indonesia's subscribers. In 2021, they moved to Zenius as a Growth and CRM specialist. Finally, in 2022, they joined Flip as a Demand Generation specialist.

Muhammad Ramzi holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the School of Business and Management ITB.
