Andy Norton is currently TTA at Team Topologies since September 2023 and serves as Director of Engineering at Flipdish from June 2024. In addition to these roles, Andy co-organises the Fast Flow Conference for Team Topologies, with content available on YouTube. Previously, as Senior Engineering Manager at Prolific from December 2022 to June 2024, Andy focused on team development and modernization initiatives. As Head of Engineering Practice at cinch from July 2021 to December 2022, Andy led high-performing teams with a serverless approach, contributing to a notable AWS keynote. Andy's experience at Footasylum as Head of Engineering involved a digital transformation initiative, while a role as Technical Architect at Graham & Brown facilitated a shift from legacy systems to cloud technologies. Initial career experience includes positions as Senior Software Engineer at 3 Print Prices and Software Engineer at SpeedQuote Ltd. Andy holds a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Salford and a certification from RISE Beyond.
