David Sousa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. David started their career as an International Account Manager at Stricker, where they handled production requests, established production dates, and attracted new customers in European and Middle Eastern markets. Following this, they worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Novabase, providing remote IT consulting services in Europe. After that, they joined Telefonica Germany as a Technical Support Consultant, assisting customers with complex problems and generating solutions using product knowledge. Currently, David is working at Flipdish as a German Technical Support Analyst, where they serve as an escalation point for customer support and performs troubleshooting, bug reporting, and training tasks. David has proficiency in technical support, customer service, and administration.

David Sousa obtained a Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. During the same period, they also earned an EF SET Certificate and achieved a German language level C2 at EF International Language Campuses. Additionally, they obtained an EF SET Certificate and reached an English language level C1 at the same institution from 2011 to 2014.

Apart from their degree, David Sousa earned several additional certifications. In June 2016, they received an Abschlusszeugnis - Deutsch C2 from EF Language Schools for Professionals. In March 2017, they completed a Microsoft Excel - Advanced course provided by Microsoft. In February 2018, they acquired a Team Management certification from Conclusão - Estudos e Formação.

In April 2020, David Sousa obtained an Englisches Sprachzertifikat (Europäischer Rahmen für die Sprachzertifizierung) - C1 from EF Language Schools for Professionals. Recently, in December 2021, they achieved the Arbeitskraft des Jahres 2021 (Employee of the year 2021) certification from o2 Germany and the Yoummday Anerkennungsurkunde (TOP Performer) from yoummday.
