Simon Hillary has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Simon started their career as a New Frontiers Entrepreneur in 2017, participating in the Enterprise Ireland program. During this time, they received training in various business areas and received mentoring from experienced advisors.

In 2017, Simon also joined the Blackstone Accelerator Program as part of the Trinity College Dublin LaunchBox. This program provided him with funding, mentorship, and office space to launch new startup ventures.

Simon then worked as a Software Development Project Manager at Pi Communications from 2016 to 2020. In this role, they managed projects and teams responsible for broadcasting the business of Ireland to millions of homes and worldwide through live streaming.

In 2017, Simon co-founded Equine MediRecord, where they served as the Chief Product Officer until 2022. Equine MediRecord developed a mobile application and website for the proper recording of medicines administered to racehorses and other bloodstock. The product gained approval for use in multiple jurisdictions and expanded to the UK, USA, and the Middle East.

Currently, Simon is working at Flipdish as a Senior Product Manager. Flipdish is an Irish tech scale-up that provides online ordering and loyalty solutions for restaurants and takeaways. Simon'sresponsibilities include overseeing the development of the platform and implementing features such as customer loyalty programs and data analytics.

Throughout their career, Simon has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation and product development.

Simon Hillary attended Blackrock College in Blackrock, Co Dublin from 2005 to 2011. However, no degree or field of study is provided for this period. Later, from 2011 to 2015, they attended Trinity College Dublin where they pursued a B.A. Joint Honours degree. Simon'sstudies included Computer Science and Business Administration and Management as fields of study.
