Nilima Shaw is an experienced professional in key account management and business development, currently serving as a Manager for Key Account Management at Flipkart since July 2024. Prior to this role, Nilima held the position of Key Account Manager at Easebuzz and contributed to the growth of over 150 accounts at PhonePe as an SME Growth Executive, managing significant gross monthly volumes and focusing on client retention and growth opportunities.
