Ramkumar Moorthy is currently the Director of Products, Retention, Loyalty & Gamification at Flipkart, where they lead India's largest loyalty program and Supercoins ecosystem. With significant prior experience at Flipkart, including roles as Senior Product Manager and Group Product Manager, Ramkumar built pioneering platforms that significantly impacted GMV and customer satisfaction. Earlier, Ramkumar co-founded Elunchbox, achieving rapid customer growth and high retention within a short time frame. Ramkumar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
