Rishant Ghosh is a seasoned leader with over 14 years of experience in revenue, customer growth, and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director at Flipkart Fashion, Rishant leads a 50-member team focused on customer acquisition and crafting user experiences for a platform with over 170 million monthly active users. Previously, Rishant played a key role in scaling Flipkart’s White Goods category and has extensive background in the FMCG sector with brands like Horlicks and Boost. Rishant holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Electronics from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and an MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
