Sameer Nikam is currently a Hub Incharge at Flipkart, where they have gained significant experience since 2018 in issue resolution and operational efficiency, including leading a lean project on the RTO process. Prior to Flipkart, they worked as a Process Executive at Delhivery from 2017 to 2018, focusing on load processing and vehicle management. Sameer began their career as a Data Entry Operator at eKart Logistics from 2014 to 2017, managing a small team and handling various logistics processes. Sameer is also pursuing a postgraduate degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the Welingkar Institute of Management. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, which they completed in 2017.
