Balaji Prasanna Shankar is currently the City Head for Last Mile Operations at Flipkart, where they oversee city-level P&L, lead a team of over 30, and manage 4,000 delivery associates to optimize operations in Bangalore and Chennai. Previously, at Swiggy, they held various roles including Manager of Operations Strategy, where they improved customer serviceability and oversaw operations for 72 cities. Balaji's experience also includes significant contributions to scaling operations and enhancing delivery performance across multiple teams and cities. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at P E S Institute of Technology in Bangalore.
