Sumit Kumar Jha

Sumit Kumar Jha is an experienced supply chain and operations management professional currently serving as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Automation Design at Flipkart since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sumit held various positions at Myntra, including Deputy Director and Senior Manager of Operations Excellence, contributing significantly to operational improvements. As the Founder of an Agri-based startup, Sumit developed a platform that connected farmers directly to consumers, enhancing price realization and reducing perishable goods transit damage. Sumit's career also includes roles at Britannia Industries Limited as Project Manager and Engineering Manager, where leadership in project setup and maintenance management was demonstrated.
