Afra Yousaf

Afra Yousaf has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Learning and Development Lead at Flipp since May 2017. Responsibilities include managing multiple training programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and overseeing onboarding for over 70 Operations team members. Afra has facilitated major technical training initiatives impacting more than 100 individuals and has worked closely with various stakeholders to align training initiatives with company goals. Prior roles at Flipp include Senior Project Coordinator and Project Coordinator, where Afra contributed to process optimization and team training. Earlier experience includes a Recruiter Coordinator role at TEKsystems and a Sales Coordinator position at University of Toronto Press. Afra holds a Certificate in Adult Learning & Development and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Digital Enterprise Management and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
