Alexander Saltmarsh is a seasoned professional in customer success and content solutions, currently serving as Senior Manager at Flipp since September 2017. In this role, Alexander leads the Retail Technology Customer Success team, focusing on the development and implementation of innovative products that enhance partner experiences. Prior positions at Flipp include Manager and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities encompassed acting as a subject matter expert and leading initiatives to improve retailer processes. Before joining Flipp, Alexander worked at Communications and Cabling Contractors Inc., overseeing project management for various municipal and utility contracts. Alexander holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from McMaster University, obtained in 2014.
