Allison L. is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Processing Support Coordinator at Flipp since June 2025, and as a Talent Management Associate with AIESEC in Toronto. Allison is a member of The People People Group, which fosters collaboration among HR, Recruitment, and Operations professionals. Previous leadership experience includes roles as Director of Branding for the Management Strategy Council and Director of Communications for Plan International Canada, both at the University of Toronto - Scarborough. Prior to these roles, Allison contributed as Vice President of Human Resources at Breakthru, General/HR Manager at Breative, Human Resources Associate at the UTSC Real Estate Club, and People Operations Coordinator at Verto Health, gaining extensive experience in recruitment, employee development, and operations management. Allison is pursuing a Specialist (Co-operative) Program in Management and Human Resources at the University of Toronto, building on a strong educational foundation from Yew Chung International School, where an International Baccalaureate was earned.
