Harm Deol has had varied work experience in the finance and analytics sectors. Harm started their career at Pepsi-QTG as a Finance Analyst, overseeing the financial management of the Gatorade and Tropicana P&Ls. Harm then moved to PepsiCo Beverages Company, where they held multiple roles such as Finance Manager, Customer Finance; Finance Manager, Supply Chain; Finance Manager, Net Revenue Management; and Finance Manager, Corporate Planning. In these roles, Deol was involved in strategic financial planning, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Harm later joined Mars as a Sales Business Planning Manager, where they managed sales forecasting, channel management, and new product targeting. Most recently, Deol has been working at Flipp as Director - Retailer Analytics, leveraging their expertise to drive insights and optimization in the retail industry.

Harm Deol obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a Co-op option, specializing in Finance, from Wilfrid Laurier University between 2003 and 2007. In October 2007, Harm Deol also obtained a Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification from CSI Global Education Inc. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Harm Deol pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the Schulich School of Business - York University.
