Jacky Lu

Jacky Lu is a highly skilled professional with significant experience in process support and contractor sales. Currently serving as a Process Support Specialist at Flipp since February 2023, Jacky Lu conducts quality checks, reviews documentation, and trains new team members while managing tasks through the FLEX Sortd board. With a long tenure at RONA beginning in May 2017, Jacky Lu has excelled as a Contractor Sales Specialist, proactively engaging with contractors, supporting departmental training, and facilitating transitions to new systems.
