James Pacaba

James Pacaba has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as the Chief Financial Officer at Flipside Digital Content Company, Inc. where they successfully formulated tax strategies and achieved compliance objectives. In 2011, they became the President of Elevatoring Specialist Philippines Inc., a rapidly growing elevator consultancy and mobility solutions company. James also held the role of Director at Project Vanity, the leading online beauty magazine in the Philippines, and at Ellana Mineral Cosmetics.

In 2012, James joined Flipside Publishing Services, Inc. as Vice President and General Manager, where they played a key role in growing revenue and leading a CSR effort. James also served as a Board Member and Finance Head for the company.

Alongside their other roles, James became a Mentor at the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2012.

In 2017, James became a Founding Partner at Etalon Company and a Director at RockMedical Pte Ltd. James also took on the role of Managing Partner at Morningtide Capital Partners in 2017, advising multiple firms and managing a significant amount of equity.

In 2018, James became the Chief Financial Officer at Quicksilver Satcom Ventures, an early stage technology company specializing in nationwide broadband networks.

James also has additional certifications, including "An Introduction to Operations Management" from Coursera Verified Certificates, and they are a CFA Program Candidate who passed Level I in 2010. James also holds a Career Service Professional Eligibility certification from the Civil Service Commission and is a Certified Treasury Professional recognized by the Bankers Association of the Philippines.
