Early career roles included Assistant Chef at Dona Sylvia Beach Resort and Restaurant Manager at Hotel Deccan Continental, leading to significant managerial positions in notable companies such as Reliance Industries Ltd. and IndusInd Bank. As Senior Vice President and National Head at IndusInd Bank's BFIL, Santosh oversaw critical administrative and procurement functions, demonstrating expertise in managing large teams and operations across various industries. Currently, as Global Head of Supply Chain at Flipspaces, Santosh directs supply chain strategy across multiple regions, enhancing efficiency and scalability. Educational qualifications include an Intermediate in Hospitality Administration and a post-graduate degree in Facilities Planning and Management from RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University.
