Flit Sport develops a digital running coach : a webapp providing runners with individual training plans in real-time.

The app automatically builds training plans according to the athlete's :
✅ Goal
✅ Physical capacities
✅ Performance
✅ Schedule

⚙️ This individualized plan is updated daily to match the athlete's form and availability.

OUR EXPERTISE 🧑🏻💻 :
Flit Sport is based on innovative artificial intelligence, allowing the prediction of an individual's athletic performance and the generation of personalized running sessions.
These technologies are the result of numerous research works carried out in partnership with the University of Bordeaux and Inria.
Today, Flit Sport is supported by Unitec.
