Erol Kentli

Erol Kentli is an experienced Art Director with a strong background in overseeing art departments and directing project aesthetics across multiple studios. Currently serving as Art Director at Flix Interactive since February 2025, Erol previously held the same role at nDreams from April 2023 to February 2025, where responsibilities included strategic planning and recruitment for the Art Department. Prior to that, Erol was the Director of Art at Magnopus and REWIND, leading project aesthetics and strategic initiatives. Erol began a career in the industry as a Lead Artist at Splash Damage, contributing to notable projects like Gears: Tactics. Erol's educational qualifications include an MSc in 3D Computer-Aided Graphical Technology Applications from Teesside University and a BA (Hons) in Design Representation from the University of Hertfordshire.
