Antonio Rizza, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and M&A. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Flix since June 2017, Antonio has held various leadership roles, including Sr. Head of Corporate Development and Head of M&A, focusing on due diligence management, deal negotiation, and post-merger integration support. Prior experience includes M&A Manager at thyssenkrupp, where responsibilities encompassed deal execution, business valuation, and contract negotiation, as well as roles in financial controlling and team management. Antonio's career also includes positions at NextEnergy Capital, BNP Paribas in Corporate & Investment Banking, and an internship in Equity Research at EQUITA SIM. Antonio holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School, and a degree in General Management with a major in Corporate Finance from Università Bocconi.
