Maik Werner

Maik Werner is currently the Regional Manager for Germany at FlixBus, where they oversee a team of up to 70 employees and manage personnel, employee development, and applicant management. Previously, Maik held various leadership roles at companies such as EURONICS Deutschland eG, MEDIMAX Zentrale Electronic SE, and ProMarkt Handels GmbH, demonstrating extensive experience in management and operations. Maik also worked as a departmental manager at METRO/MAKRO and began their career in automation technology at Robotron Elektronik. They received training at Robotron Elektronik Riesa from 1986 to 1988. Maik possesses strong skills in MS Office, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, and Greenhouse.
