Salime Saade

Salime Saade has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Law Intern at Fiorot Advogados Associados until December 2013. In January 2014, they became a Law Intern at the Ministério Público do Estado do Espírito Santo, staying there until September 2014. Salime then joined Machado & Ferreira Neto Advogados Associados as a Law Intern from February 2016 to May 2017.

In 2017, Salime became a Legal Counsel at PaySociety, holding the position until May 2018. From April 2019 until March 2021, they served as a Special Advisor at SECTI - Secretary of State for Science, Technology, Innovation, and Professional Education. In March 2021, they worked as a Legal Advisor at the FAPES - Foundation of Support to Research and Innovation of Espírito Santo.

More recently, Salime joined Flix, starting as a Legal and Authorizations Manager in May 2021. Salime then progressed to the role of Senior Manager Legal and Authorizations from April 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Legal at Flix, starting in April 2023.

Throughout their career, Salime has gained valuable experience in legal advisory roles, specializing in various aspects of law.

Salime Saade obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Oficial) between 2011 and 2017. Salime pursued further education and completed several certifications and courses. In 2019, they undertook an extension program on Compliance and Governance in the Public Sector at the Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. In 2020, they embarked on a Master's degree in Accounting at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Oficial), which they completed in 2022. Additionally, in 2021, Salime Saade attended several short-term programs, including a Formação Executiva on Contemporary Business Law at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, an extension course on Institutional and Government Relations in the Corporate Context at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and a Curso de Férias on Behavioral Economics at Instituição de Ensino FIPE.
