Stipe Bagarić

Stipe Bagarić currently serves as Manager of Regional Operations at Flix since February 2023, where responsibilities include supporting bus partner communication, enhancing service quality, optimizing operational standards, and conducting quality management analyses. Prior to this role, Stipe was a Junior Operations Manager at ch-aviation from October 2022 to February 2023, contributing to airline intelligence through accurate data provision. Stipe's extensive experience at FlixBus spans from April 2017 to October 2022, progressing through various dispatcher roles focused on traffic control and personnel deployment. Earlier, Stipe worked as an Audiorehabilitator at the Daily Rehabilitation Center "Slava Raškaj" Rijeka, supporting hearing and speech-impaired children. Stipe holds a Master's degree in Slovak Language and Literature and Phonetics from the University of Zagreb, obtained from 2002 to 2008.
