Swetha Nair

Swetha Nair has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and IT. Swetha most recently worked as the VP of People at Flix, where they served as the Head of HR for North America. Prior to that, they were at Meta as the Head of HR Technology Ops and Portfolio, leading global HR service delivery and application technology teams. At Qualcomm, Swetha held various roles, including Senior Director of HR Systems, Director of IT, Staff Manager of IT, Senior Manager of IT, and IT Project Manager. Swetha began their career as an IT Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services - ABN AMRO Bank. Throughout their career, Swetha has been involved in HR digital transformation, operational efficiency improvement, global process standardization, and digital value measurement.

Swetha Nair pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which they completed between the years 2001 and 2005. Later on, in 2009, they enrolled at the University of San Diego where they pursued an International Masters in Business Administration (IMBA) with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management. This program lasted for one year, and they completed it in 2010.
